SUNBURY — An ecoterrorism charge will remain against the two individuals accused of releasing nearly 700 caged minks from a Northumberland County fur farm in 2024.Northumberland County Judge Paige Rosini on Thursday found Cara Ashley Mitrano and Christopher Legere failed to meet the high burden of demonstrating that the statute violated the state constitution.e constitution.
