The three-vehicle crash happened in the southbound lanes in Greene Township near Exit 20, Scotland/Route 997, around 3:30 a.m. Advertisement One person was ejected from their vehicle, according to the fire company. At least two people were injured and taken to trauma centers. PennDOT All lanes of Interstate 81 southbound were closed between Exit 20, Scotland/Route 997, and Exit 17, Walker Road.
